which allows you to record all free to air channels without the subscription.
Two questions please! (Im A novice so bear with me )
The jtag interface, cant i just remove the rs232 plug from box and solder where it says or is there a way of flashing this directly through the rs232 connection. Ive managed to get hyperterminal to talk to the box through this, but no uploading of flash.
Or can i make a jtag connection using an old rs232 cable and just by cutting the plug off and soldering it directly to the board, then plugging it in to my lappy? Ordinarily i wouldnt bother but cbs now shows some good stuff and i would like to record it with out paying sky for the benefit.
