        The excuse at the moment is the boxes were sold as customer returns (sold at RRP) and as such didn't come with return for refund unless they were faulty?

        Will be filing a Money Claim today if I don't get any joy. Defiantly a case of buyer beware!

          so by the look of things, we havent had any channels lost for a while now, when the did hd it went fairly quickly if i remeber, i thought this would be the same after the last round of channels going
