iptv problem

hi have iptv on a android box the problem is when i switch to watch a movie channel the picture is not full screen first it shows 3 buffering rings then goes to the small picture in the centre of the screen but it does not happen on all movie channels and it doesnt happen on sports channels tried changing tv settings but that doesnt solve the problem it is on a m3u file can any one help thanks

Contact supplier of m3u file as you've tried your end

Is it the same on a laptop
Put your file on there and open with vlc player.
Should be option to make it full screen ,
Sounds like an av setting on the Android box ......................Paul
