Question about Dish Elevation

Hi Guys can anyone advise please ?

When setting the Elevation which in this case is 29.1 from dishpointer using the correct Latitude & Longitude

Do i set the Dish to 29.1 degrees or Do i set the Motor bracket to 29.1 degrees or both ??

Hi Telveskid

When I set up my system, I set the motor to 30 degrees appox (the markings on the dish are appox), then sent the motor to 1w (sky news) and played with the dish up/down, side to side till I found my best signal, then locked all nuts a bit at a time to make sure that I was locked on. Then go to the sats that you want in turn to check the signal level,(you may have to move the dish a small bit ) to get it to the way that you require.
