how do you get 3pm football on sat

my mate has got a dream box for satelite but he is not using it so i want to test it out and get 3pm soccer. is there any instructions on how to do it . Do i need a new sat dish? I ve seen some in maplins will these dishs suffice r can i use old skydish. Do i need to ftp any files etc etc with thanks

Buy technomate reciever, 1m dish , point it at 1 west , download the latest softcom for digitv onto your technomate from this website, turn to nova sport all the 3pm games and more.

buy a linux based reciver a 1meter dish with a motor and a bit of research on the internet on cardsahring (banned subject on here)and you wont be with out 3pm matches

if you get caught sharing sky they will through the book at you the same as if you were cuaght hacking cable tv.And its the only way to open most packages only digi tv is now open with keys

the 3 main non HD boxes are the technomate 500+600 and the clone dreambox 500s .i have never used the technome linux boxes ie 500 so i cant comment on them but i have been told that they are very good as for the dm500s i had one once apon a time and i was very happy with it(if we dont mention gemini).Both boxs cost about the same at ?70.
you wont go wrong with either box.but there is a lot more to sat than cable for on you have to get the ladders out run cable from the dish to your box also run a ethernet cable from your rooter to your box.Then setting up of the box so until you have got the hang it not worth spending 100s of pound on the dogs bollock

I have a dreambox 500s clone and i had notting but problems. These seem to be the only ones available at the minute. With the box itself it freezed more times, id have to turn it off at the mains which was a pain, and the remote control went a bit weird, i had to use the exit button to use the menu. I did c/s with a company , but that too had problems. Every package/channels are available but i had notting but picture freezes, some small freezes, then more often longer freezes. Most times i couldn even watch a match. I done everything to try and fix it, upgraded my broadband and flashed the box, but it was down to the company who had too many people on the one server, and then there is the chance of getting found out. I dont know if anyone had the same problem, but id rather patch my technomate, less hastle and no freezes.

TM600/500 very stable image. As stated glitching is down to the server the share comes from. You need to buy a card and share with a small group. Commercial servers are no good.

i have used the tm 5400 for a few years now and want to upgrade to dm800 but know little of cs does this mean you need some kind of package to share before other will share cheers

what is the difference between tm 600 and 500 is it just the usb also which one is better. what size dish would i need to start please could someone pm me to say what i would need to get/do for c/s thanks

JPJ, you seem to have many problems with your dreambox which you shouldnt, dreambox's are as simple as patching a technomate, just got to get a good server thats all

The dreambox has so many more channels and also so many more features.
