sky box saying no signal

hi guys i have a sky box thats stopped working its coming up saying no signal its just a standard sky box. any ideas?

Either dish has moved or lnb is shot. Is there power? In services see if the signal bar is locked/

ive not checked it personally yet its my mates mum who has the problem my mate checked it last night and its saying the signal is unlocked

are coaxials in and tight,or sky offline happened me for 3 mins then came back on.

Before you go down the route of lnb's and movement just simply unplug it, leave for about a minute and plug it back in.....

Fire it up and see if it rescans for listings.....
