ZGemma lst channels & now does nothing

my box started losing channels (bought from external source who set up a line etc) so after following you tube set up, I got it running, when the channels started disappearing I tried another location like with eurovox, channels started disappearing more and now the box doesn't even play FTA. it doesn't even find autobouqets.

Any ideas please
