Worth it?

Got a satellite kit from a shop, a Technomate 5200D, 80cm dish and the satellite guy to install everything and do the wiring from upstairs to downstairs, all for ?220

Is it worth it? and does anyone knows if the box will have the latest patch and all that (I havent asked the sat guy yet). I m new to satellites..sorry.

If its not patched to the latest patch, should i tell him to do it?

you can get the 5200 and 80 cm motorised for about 150 quid so if he charging you 70 to install that sounds not too bad to me

i would have gone for a meter dish in size,80cm is a bit small.Good price that,on deal m8.

with this receiver and being in Leeds, will I be able to receive sport channels that show premiership, or how do i go about it?

yes channels on 1west like nova sport cze and eurosport 2fapl

the receiver should be patched if your getting from an installer

even if it is motorized that receiver can only open 1 package which is changing its encryption soon so to me it not a good deal
