a gamma card is a card that hacks nova and showtime

and yes it will work in tech1500

but you may need a cas3 programer

But whats a cas3 programmer? and is there a guide on what to do once you get the gamma card?

the gamma cards come blank and you have to program them to do this you use a cas 3 programer there about ?40
gamma card can be a bit tempermental you need a program called gammaloader its been a long time since i have used one but there are guide knocking about on the internet if you google it you will find one no problem

Yeh its worth it while it works, but then again these cards can suddenly die one day and thats the end of it :S

heard showtime shows all the games of the EPL.

nova show very little EPL this year which is on 13e showtime show every single match but there is a problem with showtime you need a dish 1.8 meter min and up to 2.4m depending on were you live
but nova alone is worth the ?90 for the card as it has 3 good movie channel,4 sport,5 documentary,1 ~~~~ and all the entertainment channel,
but you can only program a gamma card to open 1 package at a time and its not advisable to keep reprogramming them or you could lose your amt (i think that was what it was called)
also they have been aroun for quiet along time now so they may last a week,month,year no one knows
then the card becomes a expensive ice scrapper

personaly i would just watch it on digi tv till that gose then see what the options are

The gamma card has worked now for well over 2 years maybe 3. It has been worth every penny upto now. Nova charge ?800 a year for their full subscription so even if you get a gamma and it dies after 6 months you have saved alot of money.

On the other hand it could just come to a abruptive end soon. It only takes one announcement from the Gamma Team.

can anyone pleas pm me or give me a link to where i can get a gamma card from, and to the software that i need?

and also in the 1500ci, once you pull that flap down, theres two holes, the top one looks like a normal card one, whats the other one? and which one do i put the gamma card in?
