    SKY wireless video sender problems

heres the story i have a wireless scart video sender setup to beam my sky into my bedroom from downstairs skybox. its been working fine beeming it up to my 14 tube portable tv great picture the lot..but ive splashed out on a new 32 inch lcd tv for the bedroom set the sender up again but the picture is grainy and not of any quality now.. ive tried posh scart cables on it etc but no improvement its watchable but rather pointless for a nice new tv.

any teccies out there got an answer or solution to the problem would very grateful??

    thanx doggie

If you or one of your neighbours have a wireless router it will probably be on the same frequency ( 2.4ghz ) as your wireless video sender.....Therefore it will interfere with your picture quality....Check your videosender specs, and if its on 2.4ghz you will need to replace it for the new ones that are beginning to appear in the uk from america using the 5.8ghz band.....These are now the new standard frequency used for videosenders as so many people are getting interference from cordless phones, microwave ovens etc.
