Anybody got any idea if motorised dishes are permitted on council flats?

the rules vary depend on size and style of building , if your in a high rise then no u cant , but some of the smaller blocks of flat with 2 floors ect you will have no problem with , as for the rest of the council ,round here if you live in a normall council house they allow max of 100cm dish on side of house

One last thing, on my south facing wall, there are some tree's directly in front of the wall, would this affact the signal quality? Also, do you need planning permission to put a dish on a stair building?

i think i paid arround the 100 mark , but it was a year ago and due to large quantity's of of an unnamed fruity substance consumed , unfortunately i can not remember the exact amount
