    lnb

    some guys have 0.3 lnb some 0.2 and 0.1 whats the difference between them

    not much.. most people use a 0.3db or 0.2db.. the numbers relate to the decibels given out by the LNB (low noise block converter)..

    the lower the number the better quality of sound and picture..

    Most 0.1db LNB's are closer to 0.2db

        0.1db also fixes ''tune failed'' on dm800hd.

        If you have a dm800 get yourself an ALPS tuner and an ALPS 0.1db LNB and all your sleepless nights will go

          by DM800 i take it you mean chinese copy as the tuners on genuine boxes are spot on

            yes the copy ones. but i have seen a number of threads here with original dm800 giving tuner problems as well
