    Open ATV change?

I haven't used my satellite receiver in some months but have recently given it a test. I have noticed that Open ATV is not showing any available updates despite a considerable time between checking, that is not the way I remember it. Updates were frequently available.

I am wondering if they have moved to block cloned receivers that once were identified as a Miraclebox by Open ATV but in reality was a Chinese knock off.

I have also noted that Oscam Updater no longer populates with available versions either.

Any help would be appreciated. Maybe I should flash the latest build?

I have stuck an updated image on it. Might be a while before I can check if the updates are working.

Got that sorted nicely. I think I was using a build that wasn't quite 100% as another nightly build has rectified many of my problems.

There's definitely a problem with these newer images on some boxes. I ended up resorting to using a 6.0 image that I had on my desktop. The newest images go into a boot loop after a while and it becomes useless. Apparently this problem is repeated with others using kosher receivers, so it is not a clone issue. It means the NAR problem is back though.

Never once have I had a problem with Open ATV until now. Even thinking of ditching the image for another.

I've tried out a clone safe image and I have never used such a responsive image in the time I've used the box. Congrats to Seppel.
