Best TP Frequency for Echostar 3 (61.5W)

Hi,

I would like to know which TP Frequency and other settings are best for for Echostar 3 (61.5w)?

Last year I was able to catch Echostar 3 (61.5W) good quality signals on my 36" dish with DBS/Circular Dual LNBF
(I.F: 12.2~12.7Ghz, L.O: 11.25Ghz). I am leaving in Toronto, Canada.

I tried all the way, but I can get 75% signal quality but it is blinking & not showing Green color with Satellite name.

I really appreciate if you help me getting 61.5W satellite on Viewsat 2000 Ultra/Coolsat 5000/Dreambox 500-S.

I guess you are in America, do you have C: band or Ku: band? Im not very good with american sats but with a bit more info i may be able to help.
