missing channels with new sky card

hi to all
a mate of mine recieved an new card from sky and after he loaded it some channels have disappeared
i know very little about sky but this is what he told me
in the menu there is an option orther channels and in this he had bbc/itv etc now they are gone
he lives in cork, soutern ireland
anybody know where they might be hiding and how to get them back

He needs to retune them, follow the instructions here

NP Its fairly easy can't really go wrong with digibox.
