Fans running loud on occasion. Sometimes switches from Hdmi mode on tv and states not supported with no signal. Sometimes freezes and wont record while watching different channel. Any ideas??

check your signal..sounds like input 2 has no signal...hence not recording while u are watching another chanel....nowt u can do about a noisy fan other than get a service call and the engineer will just swap your box...freezing sometimes happens when the box gets hot,due to the box being in a tight space and just circulating the same warm air...switching the box off for a while usually cures it,but long term it will fail completely..
