null modem cable

hi guys
can anyone tell me if my null modem cable used for flashing evoxs, is the same one req for deambox 500s as i dont know if its the "crossed over" type or not.

A null modem cable is a null modem cable no matter what you connect it to.

People who don't have a com port on their pc buy the USB Null modem but the one with 9 pin com port are better and less hassle. if you used a null modem cable to flash an image on to your Eurovox then that will work fine with your dreambox.
