DISH HELP NEEDED

Hi

All of no n3 is coming so what the way forward? I suppose putting up a dish, I have a old sky dish installed needs an LNB only.What sort of box will i need to get free channels,and if i could get some kids channels like cartoon network or so.

What satellite position do i set my dish?
