cards

im looking to purchase some cards, im after full hd sky germany, italia and uk. now i know about the sky uk having to dial home for updates, do the other 2 have to do this? i have found places on the net that sell just the cards, can they go in my dreambox and work straight away? do you know the best place to buy cards from?
