dreambox or Technomate

ok thinking of getting one of these? but im not sure what they do if i can learn wat they do before i but one that be great.

1/ ok so i read something about technomate patches can some1 tell me what channels this gets me? what it opens up

2/ the dreambox is there patchs or keys for this to open channels? or is it just cs?

3/ which box would open the most for me?

2) Same Channels open by keys on Dreambox
3) Dreambox as cs will allow you to open a lot more

i havent looked at Azbox il check it out now. so the main thing is digitv the keys on the dream box opens up? i was trying to look up wat sort of channels is on that? is there many english speaking ones on this and the other sats the peeps here are picking up?

ok talking to some guy on gumtree selling tm5400 ?40 and tm1000d would u think i should get one of them?

also can i do that cs on the 5400 did someone say?
