is there a "cooling off" period to decline a sly contract? I have engineer coming out so no installation happened yet

Can I cancel him and send back viewing card?

I believe that you can cancel anytime up to installation - phone them.

Look at the op mate. 10 days ago. I wouldnt wait 10days for installation.
