Need some advice

I want to buy a sattellite/dish/lnb package by tonight, but just need some advice on which to choose.

Firstly i've got sky hd, and am paying around ?70 a month (for sky movies + sky sports + espn)

Its way too expensive so I just want a sattellite where I can watch alot of sports mostly football, and movies and possibly some arabic tv (music, movies etc)

I also would like the box to support HD, I've heard that linux boxes allow you to do more is this true?

I was going to go for the TM6800HD untill i was told about the linux systems allowing more. A friend of mine has a tm500 but its not HD so I can really do what hes done. So which setup/box would you guys advise?

you could try the DM800 a motrized dish of 1m i have a ISS and its quit good a tm2600 motor is also very good

I would go for a 1m dish, with a good motor such as Dark Motor / TM2200, and a DM800 or possibly an AZBox (they are both HD).

I would keep the sub to sly but drop it down to sports only, and via the marvels of something unmenetionable (read up on cccam and what it can do) and connecting your stb to your router 24/7 you get to view all sorts of channels on different sats...

For an SD setup i reckon it would cost ?140, HD setup around ?280.
