Greek and UK Police raid satcardsharing

Hi,

you might notice Satcardsharing/com isn't working at the moment.


Last week the Greek Police went through a series of clone Dreambox card sharing server raids throughout Greece (7 cities).
8 Greek nationals and 2 foreign nationals were arrested for satellite piracy by police in the cities of Athens, Salonika, Heraklion Crete, Rhodes, Drama, Korinthos and Syros Island. It was found that these individuals were sharing cards to 1558 clients illegally. During the raids the following were confiscated:

6 laptops with illegal software

48 Dreamboxes

14 card readers

45 Gammacards

2 memory sticks

28 hard disks

2 Ethernet switches

27 PCs
Raids will continue next week as well.

Heard about this but it seems that the Authority only care about the people who are trying to make huge amounts of money from CS.

as soon as n*s/murdochs boys get involved arrests are made. if you want to get s*y uk best thing is get a few family and freinds and split the costs. the problem starts when any of newsc**** tv networks are losing money(c/s servers for s*y uk/it/ger and foriegn subs in pubs) then people go to prison and pubs get closed, the guy (murdoch) just has to much power and influence, best thing is stay away from payservers

The courts (esepcially in the UK) seem to take a very dim view of people profiteering, so if you where caught c/s with no money involved, and it was small scale i.e. not professional organisations, I think you would get a fine max.

c/s arrests

is anyone suprised with the big adverts they had on the net. they were supplying the boxs if needed, they went about it like a legal business, its like a drug dealer having a advert on the net saying get your heroin and cocaine here im just suprised it took so long to collar them.

as said. if youre advertising that youre doing this then expect to be busted. traders will never learn and all they do is spoil it for others 31.000 ? is that per month?

Clients (domestic) are not technically breaking the law unless they are paying.

I wonder if this is the guy that was advertising them on ebay with the cccam.cfg file loaded and give access to all the sats except 28 east. We had a thread on here about them, and there was a link to it, he was from down that way as well...

There are a couple c/s web sites I like , I am not sure if they are based in UK but will they be under threat of closure as well?

If you shut a web site down it will just open up again somewhere else, based outside the remits of the authorities that closed it down,
