HELP HELP NEEDED DM600S

i just got my dm600s box i have technomate 5400 with motorised dish, jus pluged my box in, ready to check it out but it does move the motor to any transponders e.g 1w/ 0.9w???? i have tryed every thing just can get it to work? i have to switch off then replug my technomate and change the sat frequency then come back and rescan on dm600 and it only picks up 1w nothing else??? wot could i be doing wrong?? do i need to put in the lagnitude??? lattitude??

Check your connection no water inside?
Now only few channels I watch.

u have to but latitude in and longitude m8 if its a motor sat
