Communal satellite issues

Hi all please bare with me as I’m new I attended a communal dish today astra 28.2 however I was only receiving signal on 1 out put H/L the others had no signal at all this was at the LNB end so multi switch is out the question I was using a horizon HD-SM meter so I have changed the LNB thinking that was faulty but still no luck any ideas I’m thinking the meter might not be setup correctly??

Depending on what type of LNB was installed, Generally they are Quattro with HH/HL VH/VL outputs so you would need these frequencies specifically on your meter to test each output
