Can't watch somr channels on 13E

Hi

I can't view any channel on 10834 V 27500-3/4 on 13E, this TP is for N Package which has over 20 channels but I can't view any of them. I am using the latest satellite.xml file and the frequency is in the file but the receiver won' pick any of these channels. I tried botth TM5200D Super & DB500S but both won't pick the channels. Is it my dish allignmnet is the problem? I thought 13E is the easiest one to pick here in UK.

I am using 4 fixed LNBs and worreid if I mess with the dish it might affect other LNBs.

Any suggestion will be appreciatd.

The channels on 10834 v 27500 on 13E are conax encrypted and unlessyou have the means of opening them then they are not viewable. Eska TV is also on that transponder, so if you have E ska tv then that `s that problem solved. If not and if the centre ie the one on the dish arm lnb is on 13e then a slight adjustment of your dish masy be necessary. this will then mean that the other 3 lnb`s will have to be adjusted slightly to fine tune them on what ever satellites that they are on.
