I know their is a stick for it!!

It mentions "first goto intelsat1w or thor 0.8 [if in ireland goto atlantic bird 5w] this is you ref sat.
go to the menu where you can change between diseqc and usals. if your dish was set up with usals then the settings should already be there."

Where is this?

How do you do it for sky? - some of my channels have interferance and if I get sky out its ?60!!

you wont get 1w with your fixed dish!

i would imagine a sky box is nothing like a dreambox or technomate in the settings menus. try moving your dish slightly while on the channel your having bother with. some (not all) sky dish contractors realy are cowboys and install poorly. and i cant believe they want ?60 to sort it when they installed it.
