trouble figuring out what to do?? help confused

hey guys this my second post and i need help im sure some of you guys prolly know what im gonna talk about and can help me

right erm my cousin livs in birmingham he has this box that gets satelite signals using the net and watches all channels for free i think its a chipped box or sumthing, or maybe cable as nearly everyone in bham uses cable for internet and tv VIA Virgin

im living in slough in the outskirts of london and we will be getting cable very soon.i was watching cable for free with sky sports and the lot using a VHS connected to a black cable going down to the front of my house to a lil cable connector till i gt a sky+HD box downstairz and the guy who put it in cut the wire off (w****r) sorry abt my french.

right my question is is it possible for me to get the channels for free the way my cousin does or do i still have to pay excess amount to sly?

So what do you want cable or sky?

Cable you can buy a box eurovox/dm500 instal image and get cable, thing is they are moving to a new encryption called nag 3 that aint hacked yet.

As to Sky channels, there is a way called card sharing but it is against the rules of this site to discuss it openly.

same encryption that sky use . not been hacked and the only way to hit sky is via card share which isn't discussed on here, try several hours with google! no virmin CS servers yet but expect some enterprising hacker will have a crack at it! just have to wait and see

Sky use NDS, Virgin use nagravision 1 And 2, 3 in someplaces. Once nagravision is fully rolled out No one will be pirating cable tv.

google c/s mate ansd have a good read, also google dm500s and have a read also, free tv is possible with a couple of hundred pounds on the equipment a bb connection and alot of learning. i also advise you to have a look at the posts on this forum as you will also learn alot. i know it seems like a nightmare but we all started at the begining and once you have got the equipment and learnt how to set it up you will be enjoying free tv like the rest of us. regards

You need a satellite dish like BSkyB use for satellite TV. Cable feeds are planted under your street.
