    Well, I just fired off another email to 2 high ups at Sky I got on another forum, the CEO and some high up in customer relations.

    Seems when you call they are happy to take money and add things, but when you want to cancel you have to solve the f***ing Davinci code. The online help emails system is crap, no reply. When I said I will cancel it's just fine, write to us, bye!!!

        yes, the terms and conditions state they have the right to retract the offer at any time. i posted last week the codes were being investigated due to abuse. probably what this is about. btw the screenshots stand for nothing

          Well ~~~~ moi.

          got a call this morning from the sky complaints lady, very nice she was. Because I called to change bank details it set a new account and deleted the original (hmmm). Anyways, she is applying the half price after my first payment then refunding half of the first bill off the next, so half price for the year. Worth nagging em!!!

          Got her name and direct dial incase of any ongoing probs!!!

          Job is a good 'un!!!!!

                    few ppl mentioned about being charged before they recieve the card, shouldnt really be possible, card has to be inserted into th box to activate it and also. i'll double check this 2morro.

                            We were charged full price for ESPN. Rang them up and they apologised for the error, said it was too late to change the bill this month, but we would get a credit against next month and be ?4.50 pm after that.

                            If no joy, ask to speak to a manager.

                              I think if I was in them shoes I would have gone with the full price coz to be fair we are getting a deal which is not worth their managers raising eyebrows and asking further questions....
