yea bct is another company that should be closed down along with dvb seller i think ,no such thing as a guarantee with these companies . you can be lucky and buy a box and all is well ,i mean i found dvbmonkey very quick in getting the box to me and their prices are ok , but you need to know that if anything is wrong or goes wrong with your box that they will help you (which they wont ) .they could choose to operate a great service and have a good name in the satellite business but they prefer ripping people off and having a bad name (i cant see how that is good business sense ). i was lucky i quess i managed to get my box working (at least its working right now ,dont know about next week) wannelly i hope you get your box fixed up mate best of luck.
