Is one of my dish polarities screwed or something ?

So I have DM800 and I was missing a good few channels. It seemed to be some ones on freesat that I have issue with so I got a SD Freesatbox that works fine on another dish and tried it out on mine. I got a Quattro LNB pointing at 28.2E and and a triax loftbox. I get no signal on the following channels on the fresat box tv channels.

What do they all have in common ?? I can pick up the sky digital variants of some of them E4 and ITV as they are broadcast on sky also on a different frequency too.

Am I right about whats going on ?

the channels you are missing are on. 10.729.v/10.758.v/10.733.h/11.224.v/11.343.v/11.624.v/11.681.v and are broadcasting from the astra2d/eurobird1 satellites.
have you got any wireless devices close to the receiver?, eg. cordless telephone/home hub or you could have a problem with the loft box. do you have a 4 output quad-band lnb or 4 output ,vl/vh/hl/hh. quattro lnb? you would need to eliminate each peice of the system from being faulty.
lnb or downleads or loftbox and any attenuators/splitters/inline amps you have on your system.

I am in southern ireland so maybe as freesat beam is smaller maybe my dish is misaligned a tad but as sky beam is bigger then maybe that is why thats ok ??
