What model of sky box is it, It sounds like its faulty, If its a thompson its probably a psu failure.

Is it proper sky? Give us more info? Is everythin like main aeiral connected? Sounds strange that signal strength is good

it was ok before a week but now showing only 5 channels the free channels saying no sattelite signal but in signal test showing both the signal and quality are very very good every thing is ok but

could be a faulty lnb or dish need realigning.

or could be a faulty tuner on th e box.

what box is it.
