Hello DK ers
can someone tell me how to get rid of the info bar
just seems to stay on these channel cbbc cbebbies if i pressback up it goes but back after 5 secs
anyone help

go into "services" on the handset then 4>system setup then 1>picture settings then search & scan banner timeout.use L/R buttons to change to off then "save new settings"

this is disableing all the time
i just want it to stop popping up after 5 seconds

Go to options, then customise and change 'On screen icon timeout to on, then press the green button to save the settings!

I had the same problem and it worked on mine!
