Channel 5, Poor quality since HD+ fitted.

Hi all,being CSI freaks we watch channel 5 a lot and a few weeks ago upgraded to HD+.
Since then 5 has been "jumpy" and freezes on occasions.
I have rang SKY but no help!
Has anyone else had the same?

Is this going threw the sky box or from your aerial ?

If from the Sky box sounds like weak signal and needs re-adjusting.
