Just nudge the dish a little east, then a little west to see if you can pick up any more channels. You can also push the dish up a fraction, then down a fraction to see if that helps also.
I'm getting 195 channels with my 5200 (patched) with a 1m dish in east anglia.

PS a lot will depend upon where you are located and the size of dish that you have. Try a blind scan to see if you pick up any more channels.

You appear to be basically set up, just need a few tweaks. PUT in your lat and long, send the dish to 1 west, then manually move the dish on the pole for max signal level, then adjust the elevation for max again. lock everything up ( tighten all the nuts/bolts) do a blind scan to see how many channels you can pick up. I must admit, we had heavy rain last friday, and some channels were very blocky. So if you were trying to set up in wet weather, and you being further west, you might not get all the channels to lock, initially.
Keep trying, percy verance, pays off in the end.
