    lnb rotation?

    good afternoon, are lnd rotatable or is there a top or bottom, i am fitting one now and noticed it as degrees marked on the sides, regards rixton. ps hope i`m in the section.

    you can rotate the lnb manually to optimise the signal

      rotating the lnb is called 'skew' and is often required to optimize the signal, when the satellite is set at due south (1w) the lnb should be near enough straight just on the littlest of angles m8

        My lnb has a 40ish degree skew. This is wrong but works. I have devised that the skew is that much coz the pole/bracket isnt 100% vertical.
        If all is right then the lnb should be ever so slightly to the left if your looking from the lnb holder going towards the dish
