    Foxsat HDR non-freesat listing?

    Hi,
I have just bought a Humax Foxsat HDR and have manually set up all the satellites and channels using my motorised dish (therefore loosing the twin tuner capability as this was not advertised, Foxsat HDR being primarily a freesat STB).
I would like to organise all the channels I found (numbered from 5000 to about 7000+) so that I can change channel without having to look for it and under what satellite (yellow key) which can be time consuming compared to just + or -
I don't quite understand the "my TV" or "recently viewed" as list keeps resetting...Can you ceated sub groups in the favourite? or rename the channel numbers? or keep the numbers as they are and add a number prefix so that I can reorder them to appear first?
Also ITV HD appears in my non-freesat mode not under freesat. I initially wanted a digital STB to operate my motorised dish and watch french/italian channels, wonder if a technomate would have not been more user friendly...

Just a warning mate dont install latest s/w update if you do the box goes into Freesat mode ONLY, like i did, and you can not go back to multi sat.

That's what I have on mine.
      Firmware v1.00.13
      Loader U7.53

But you say it's the software update to avoid. Having motor antenna, I only have 1 cable option and therefore not the twin tuner capability as you know. Are updates automatic FTA only when with 2 cables setting?

Can you update a software and go back to previous?

Rather than sorting some issues with non-freesat, Humax seems to lock it off then? Red-Green-Yellow-Blue-Green-Yellow-Blue won't work then under new s/w?

I bought mine a couple of weeks ago and I am still thinking of sending it back if could and swap it for a technomate maybe more user friendly for multi sat and motorised dish.

Mine shows the same date and bought it 2 weeks ago.

How does that compare with the Technomate 6900 HD combo plus as it has twin tuner (DVB-s+DVB-T), esata port, 2usb and ethernet...for roughly the same price.
I was tempted to go for nice and simple, the TM6800, USB HDD but wasn't too sure about the wake up/standby operations, would it move the satellite motor when a recording is scheduled on another satellite from when on standby...not sure the Humax will, seems to be designed to stop people from using non-freesat!!

I'm still struggling to order the non-freesat channels on the Foxsat, seems Humax has done it on purpose. The german Humax iCord is better for multi sat but has no epg (now and next only)
