SpiderBox 9000HD Probs

I am here like all ways when is problem ,i never escape from the problems .( just to let you know but this is not my house to know all ways what's going On!)

Even i am in Holiday of my Easters and i wish all of you peace i will like gave my support to ever one if i can..


is very simple this issu is not Spiderbox Issu.

this issu is ;

Spiderbox when come from manufacture they come with Blank s/w ..

The blank s/w is old bootloader.

Spiderbox has upgade the bootloader,that mean if some one put the s/w patch with laters boot loader will live some sort of Bug gap...We have recomdate people has this issu ( they only 7 cases in 3000 pz ) to follow this instruction...

Start with old pacthes and aftre slow one by one every months put new patches...untill to the lates one...for exaple ..put patch from Dec-jan-Feb and the last.need 5 min to do that very simple...if no is another s/w by 232rs can fix this issu very simple.


Even if this issu do not fix is very simple your supplier can change for the new one ,if your suplier do not do i garanty A l s at will do..


people they like try to use 1-2 people issus to generelise like big problem of spiderbox are only competitors or people they have hard filling against A l s a t forum ...they have show all way that in eny thread here or some where else...


But we have to respect even thouse pwople like 3000 they are owners of spiderbox happy and respect even the sponsor of this forum selling this product .

Hi Bobi, if that's the case then the bootloader software should wipe all traces of the old one, then this problem would never occur, I noticed that when you restore via RS232 that it never cleans it completely where it should do. A**at are doing the right thing though with exchanging these boxes over and I have nothing against them what so ever, the people in the shop are extremely helpful, but the forum staff don't seem to want to know or admit the problem, and locking threads (not A**at, but another) just because they don't want people to post about it won't help sales, and people who are wanting to buy one need to know about and what to do if it happens to them.

Now my box is working and I love it, it gives a great picture not only on HD but also on SD, I'm actually used to a Dreambox so setting the SpiderBox up was a piece of cake for me.

many issues with this box. I wonder why people are jumping buying it despite well known problems. For a start the box will not work with newer versions of CCcam. If the server you are in is running cccam 2.1.2 and above then forget about watching proper TV.

Almost everyone i know who has the box complains about the rebooting and glitchy all the way

Dreambox 800HD clone is the one. it rocks. great support too all over

at last an acknowledgement and explanation of the problem, my box is suffering badly at moment and i will again load all patches in order
if no luck i will contact alsat and exchange box
i to have no axe to grind with their forum, extremley helpful when the eaglebox had a problem
again like the ghost after using linux setting up various ems etc
installing and setting up the spiderbox was easy, it is common knowledge the spiderbox has incompatility with cccam and i believe that issue is being dealt with
i can live with that but constant rebooting is another matter

The same issu has gone throught even to another member and The stuff has explain...that....

The members has fix the issu after 4 days he understud what to do....and he is happy with the box ...

Haw i says been sold 3200 Boxex only 7 pz Faulty....and not all with this issu.Mean Nothink.

Look to be Honest...

They are people in all forums jumping to wrong decissions and are members who are more patinece like me to explain ALL..

But the real truth is :

Who talk bad about Box is or geniune coustemers with bad lack or do not have much information ,or do not know haw to use ...

they are just litle...

There are them do not have boxes, but because they sell difent boxes i can understend them why they slashing to other product ,they only way to compite for them remaing only slashing becouse they have not much better the Copy boxes...

They are some unhappy people with difent stuff of the forum or who by mistake or by not mistake has been bann from the forum some one talking here....


But if we talk in profesional way obly for the Box without mixin discussions ...

We have to separate...

We do not like the Box ,suposing i have been bann from A lsat Forum ,we do not like the box becouse some stuff there is been rud with me ,we do not like the box i am a Competitor ,we do not like the box becouse i have not much info or i do not like the box becouse is faulty and that can be in 3200 pz 7 pz fault normal use is 1% or we do not like the box because do not Work ! thats is not true....


This are all the real Points...


Even some one here or some else will mislled people that will take short time only the truthe all ways come up.....


The box has no Any issu problem...

The box work very nice and i know the team is still working to fix anythink people talk here or some where else.We have develeop this box with the Best Chipset STI 7101 ...and with the Best OSD and Software and patch will a lot of futures....maybe this is only the reason competitors hates us they can not follow .....

Can any one tell us in UK wich one has similar OEM brand better !? No one ...


When you have some think good all ways you will have many Competitors and less freinds...is Human style.( i am sory but true)


But my last world people is Peace and enjoy the box in full ...and forget other thinks around....Even the our Strong Competitors has done imposible to have this Spiderbox with his OEM in our manifature and he could not get the deal ,this is not only this even the other Gold from Al sat too "Alsat-Vu+". ..

They have fail double time the only way for them left is slashing to the boxes misleed people and talking bully ,but people are not stupid today ,peolle do not see who you Been ,but who you really are ....

Who really We are is showing our popularity and our sells and our coustemers...we will try all ways gave them new thinks and take them happy,but is imposible to be every one happy ...Only in Dictature Socity are 100% happy.

i have loaded every single patch there is and left a few mins in between each flash
i can report that for the last hour or so the hd channels seem stable no reboot
i hope now this cures it
you are correct that no other box comes close to the spiderbox certainly at what it costs
and it was for that reason i purchased it from alsat
as a return customer ( eaglebox )
as stated in my last post i am sure the team are working on new fixes, and also feedback from forums should be noted not just the positive comments but the negative ones to. most of us who have posted with problems please be assured they are genuine

I have to say this, but I am a Genuine Customer and had a genuine problem with the box I had, now I have a new box and am completely satisfied with the performance.

As afc007 has said most of us if not all who posted here are genuine users.

Yes mates ,this is the reason i have try to explain becouse i undrestud you both are Geniune coustemers and i love to hear most of the problems they have ...This is only the way to Help us to fix all Issus and do the Box better then ever one else...Even good and bad coment i get like a lesson i have to learn and try to follow what Members says...( is not my personal Intention close thread or hide problems because if you hide you do not go for long ,if is hapnets some where else i will advaice them stop playing stupid ,this is not the way i like.)

The only coments i do not like is some one do not have the Spiderbox and jump in the thread to gave bad impresion and try even to disturb even the Geniune Spiderbox owners ..

Haw i all says we looking to sodisfity our Coustemers do not matter when they come from and from wich suppliers...and i recomande next time you buy this box from the Sponsors here .

Just another tip that might be helpful to otheres from RP3X on DW

I read about routers/DNS issues not refreshing fast enough maybe a cause too some issues?

I had mine pre set along with a static ip address since I p2p alot.

Anyhow reset my Netgear router, auto dns aquired this time round and also forwared the servers ports and then tested the most friendly spiderbox server around and its made a lovely difference.

Praticly no freezing/glitching on hd channels.
So it just goes too show with the right tune ups/tweeks and the right Server you can get hd too work near perfect on the Spiderbox indeed"

Not had any issues with the spiderbox except on cc2.1.4 it would glitch all the time and never connect to my local cardserver. Even turning off the cam and re-enabling through menu would not connect to cc2.1.4

Downgraded card server to cc2.1.1 and spider works a whole lot better now. Never seen it randomly reboot at all but saying that i use it in bedroom. Watched HD content for hours without any issues. Latest spider image seems to be a 2.1.1 client as reported in my cardserver:16001 webpage

latest news new patch fix for spiderbox cccam 2.1.2 thanks to magic and spider team
also promised cccam 2.1.3 & 2.1.4 fix very soon
if this happens spiderbox issues with cccam will become old news and the Spiderbox 9000 HD will be a very serious contender for a great value top of the range HD sat box

spider box Hd 9000

Can you help is something wrong with my box? Hd9000 cant get tv1000 on 1 west tried blind search. All on 12723mhz 27500ks horizontal is missing and noticed that the frequency on the box only reaches 12722mhz lnb set to universal works ok on dark box rev2008 hd
