    What are softcam keys used for

    I'm looking for a replacement for my starview. I'm thinking of buying a technomate. What does a softcam key do at the end of the day,Am i looking in the wrong direction.

      they open the tv channel for viwing unfortunately there is not to many to be viewed using softcam keys thses days and likely to be less in the future
