Need some help with diablo cam and reciever

Im totally new in this.
I want to see canal digital danish channels.
I understand that the equipment i need is:

A Reciever with a ca-module
A Cas3 programmer
A Diablo cam

But..
1. do i need a smartcard inserted in the diablo cam ? or doesn't it matter

2. where can i download the latest keys and the latest underground firmware?

3. How often does the key change?

And maybe some links to the equipments (so i dont buy a wifi cam)

By the time you pay for a cas 3 diablo cam and receiver you might as well buy a box that does more then that combination of thing's m8.. plenty of people on here will tell you how!!..

Spiderbox [if your looking for a non linux box]..most dream box's etc would get you what you want m8..
