      Diema 16degs HELP

Since We have had the problem with 16* on 27 January 1945h you may need to check your dish and adjust it 15.8*. Some of the transponders a still weak. You can also update your card on btv. ITV partner has lost hundreds of hundreds of customers since the eutelsat have had technical problem with the telemetric module and put the satellite out of range. They also have relocated another satellite to 15.8~17* quickly. That Cryptowork card usually do not need update as ITV- Partner temporarily stopped the updates. Most of the customers who left and moved to Bulsatcom there old card are still working and may work till subscription is runs out. Have a Good try.

ps: i have the suspicion ITV-Partner is gone from the market (Change there Name ? merged ) .

What a shame it was not there fault and lost there business, instead to compensate All customers and retain the name, and ask for compensation from Eutelsat!
It is a good package Programme and you have Good value for money ! That's why there is no need for Hack. If all other provider do the same (price) we would not be so mad spending money on Gadgets which in few months are going in the bin anyway.
