    Freesat DB and TV config

    Chaps,

I want to switch my DB7025 over to Sat and point it at Freesat. I'm also planning on getting a Panasonic G20 with Freesat on board.

My question is, how many outputs do I need on the LNB to ensure that the DB7025 can be recording away and I can still watch a channel via the built in tuner on the G20?

    Thanks,

well the dm7025 can have 2 sat tuners
and a tuner in the g20
so you would need a quad lnd
with this option you could could record 2 channels and still watch the g20
or if only 1 tuner in the dm7025
and the tuner in the g20
you would only need a twin lnb
    dm800-s=1.1 m triax motorised dish=titanium twin lnb

you would need two outputs from your lnb to goto your 7025 in your 7025 you would also need 2 sat tunners to able you to recored one channel and watch another plus another output for your telly

      sorry posted at same time

Thanks guys. I thought as much but wanted to check. Yep, intend to put two sat tuners in the DB.

So, with a quad LNB I'll have four cables coming from the dish, there is only one input into the TV and two tuners in the DB so I take it there will be one cable 'spare'. Is that right?
