French channels "Fransat" on Atlantic Bird 3 at 5.0?W

Hi everyone
I have been watching the FTA french channels on Atlantic Bird 3 at 5.0?W for a while now. Recently the new French freesat sytem "Fransat" has added a load of channels, in particular France 3 with regional variations, unfortunately these channels are encrypted in Viaccess so not able to view.

Does anyone have a softcam for a Technomate 5400 super taht will open these Freesat channels?

Maybe a millenium card opens them as they are on canalsat 19.2e as well.

you can get france 0,2,3,4,5, and the rest of bis channels on 13E with patch and softcam on stdTMs.
