Got setup done today but problem

Hi guys as allot of you know i have got a new setup done today, happy apart from 1 thing, the picture freezes, sometimes goes blocky and lose audio.

Just wondering what it could be, Coax feeds? or could it be a tuning issue between the box and the dish? Its actually worse on the HD Channels

Just wanted to know my options before attempting anything. By the way i never set the dish up myself.

Sounds like you are set up on a cs ring - yes?

Could be the server aint the best and hence the glitching. Does it happen on all sats or only some? Try checking all connections are secure.

Dont look like all sats are affected, could this be a low ping from somewhere?

I think Its down to the l3 tuner! My amp is coming today or tomorrow. This could be a possible fix.

Got it sorted. Was only on UK satalites, all channels fine now. Thanks to all who helped out
