Looking for info on USALS formats

Hi all, I'm looking for information on the input of USALS Longitude and Latitude on different receivers, this is for a project I'm working on.

For example:
Technomate format:
Longitude = 0.0 E/W
Latitude = 00.0 N/S

Can anybody help me out with other receivers and the format used.
