hi just a quick question iv had a problem with the half price subscription i took out with sky which i finally got resolved yesterday (this was 2 accounts as well mine and my mums)
i was told that if i log into mysky you can view that the discount is applied for 12 months and that everything is now fine
but i cant for the life of me find where it tells you this information
the only thing i can see when i log in is my actual package and then when you go to view bill it just shows you the bill for the current month and nothing for the future months
i no it may sound a little strange why i need to do his but trying to get sky to send you the information from their system witht he notes and offers the have on you account is like trying to frind rocking horse dodo
