How to receive both Astra and Hotbird channels?

    Hi,
I?m new to this forum and Sky HD box; I?m pretty good with satellite in general though. I used to use a SD Starsat receiver (single input) to receive Astra and Hotbird . I?ve got a Eurostar Switch.
Now, when I tried the same set up with my Pace, Sky HD box, it didn?t work. When both LNBs are plugged into the switch, the box doesn?t work at all. With Starsat one, I know how to go to LNB set up and link LNBs to different Satellites.
Can I do the same with my HD box?
Since the HD box has got two inputs, then I don?t think the switch is necessary. I?ve plugged LNBs to two inputs, I checked and box recognizes the both with good signal quality.
How can I search for Hotbird channels? I currently receive none!
    Your help is much appreciated.
    Cheers,

Forget using a sky box mate.Get another receiver for hotbird.Sky receivers are not much use for anything more than sky television.
