We can offer all the usual support for setup of the receeiver like any other, dish settings, LNB settings, scanning for channels etc. no problems there, though it's just like a DM500 so there are masses and masses of information about this all over the Internet, you also get printed instructions on the activation of the Protek side of things, so really you should be covered all round, but there is also the Protek/Nanoxx forum that can give you guidance if you need it.Comment
