I am using Grundig receiver with rather noisy harddisk, so i am
going to buy a new one. Any suggestions, is Jaeger HD+ with
memorystick recording a good pick?
Location Vaasa, Finland.
My system is a 2 dish system directed to Astra/Eutel and
Sirius/Thor. I have a motor in the 1.2 bigger dish, but it
has not been used for several years, because there is much
faster canalchange without motor.
Budget is 100 eur or a bit more.
The idea is to use these sticks as videocassette substitutes,
getting some order to the recordings. If the harddisk is
broken, i will loose all my valuable recordings forever.
And soon they will change the system again. I just
threw away my good Pace analog receiver, remembering
the good old days with 4 Ghz lnbs and much less options.
