    advice pls

i've recently had a sky hd box instaled and have been thinking of putting another box in my bedroom i noticed the lmb is 4 way so thats good news ive got an old sky+ box kicking around so i will wire it in (without the telephone line) but im going to need another card to make it work
whats the best way of getting one i've seen them on ebay for sale would these work(whats the deal with these) or should i contact sky and say my card isnt working or do i have to pay sky for multiroom
can someone advise the best course of action pls

sky card are matched together with your box,if card was robbed say it would be of no use unless they had original box also, its a security thing,if you ring up sky i think they might charge again like an added multiroom view.

having tried my card in my old box i have come to the same conclusion im not going to pay sky even more money for multiroom so i will only get free channels with my old box
still confussed as to why these cards sell on ebay for up to ?20 though

I dont think there is any way to channel sort on a sky box mate, your best bet is to put the channels you watch in the favorites then you can access them via the blue button its still a pain though or just make a note of the channel numbers and go direct to them that way.your stuck with the way sky thinks fit to arrange the channels.(you could always buy a cheap fta sat box such as a technomate you can sort the channels easily then).
